1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Deventure Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Student Founders Inc. is a Delaware C Corp, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
2. Program Ownership
Zero Equity: Deventure Academy takes 0% equity in projects built during the program. You maintain 100% intellectual property (IP) ownership of your creations. We provide the framework; you provide the vision.
3. User Obligations
Participants are expected to act with integrity, maintain professional conduct, and respect the confidentiality of peer projects within the cohort.
4. Disclaimer
Student Founders Inc. provides educational services and mentorship. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, funding, or employment. Success in the program depends on participant effort and market conditions.
