Code of Conduct
A High-Agency Community Agreement
1. Radical Support
We are a community of builders. We help each other move faster. This means providing constructive, honest feedback and sharing resources without gatekeeping. Your cohort is your highest-leverage network.
2. Extreme Agency
Take ownership of your learning. If something is broken, suggest a fix. If you need help, ask clearly. We value "doers" who take initiative and follow through on their commitments.
3. Inclusion & Respect
Deventure Academy is a safe space for all backgrounds and identities. We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or exclusionary behavior. We celebrate diverse perspectives as a source of innovation.
4. Professionalism
Respect mentor time and peer deadlines. Communicate asynchronously when possible, and be present during live sessions. High-velocity building requires high-quality communication.
Reporting
If you witness or experience behavior that violates this code, please report it immediately to integrity@studentfounders.inc. All reports will be handled with discretion.
